How are courses structured?
Each course follows a step-based sequence with safety checks, tool lists, troubleshooting, and benchmarks. You can pause between steps without losing context.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Start with beginner modules such as “Tool Safety & Setup” and “Leather Care Essentials”. Progress to stitching, reglue, and resoling once you feel confident.
What materials and tools are required?
We list tools and materials at the start of every module. We also provide alternatives if a specialized tool is unavailable in your region.
Is there a certificate of completion?
Yes. After passing the final checklist, you receive a downloadable certificate that confirms you completed the course modules.
Can I request a refund?
We offer a fair refund policy within 14 days if you have not completed more than 25% of a course. See Terms for details.
Will I learn business operations?
Yes. We include pricing transparency, intake forms, and customer communication templates to help you run a small workshop confidently.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access to course materials and updates for the purchased modules. We periodically refresh content as tools and adhesives evolve.
